This hotel suits me perfectly with friendly staff, air conditioning, in-room breakfast, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I remember the staff helping me with an insect bite on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a great stay.

Breathtaking caldera views.
The towels were not smelling fresh, which was disappointing. The bathroom felt too dark because it was poorly lit by just one weak light. Additionally, the absence of a window in the sleeping area made the room feel very claustrophobic, detracting from our overall experience.

Oh man, those homemade cakes were the stuff of legends! Whether it was breakfast or a snack by the pool, every bite was pure heaven. Plus, the friendly staff made it feel like home every morning with their warm welcomes. Seriously, they were the best!
Now, a bit of a heads-up—it's a bit of a trek from car access to the hotel. They've got porters to help, but expect some cardio with those stairs. Still, it’s all part of that quirky charm!

What an incredible stay! The breakfasts were not only delicious but also served right on the terrace with stunning views. I also loved how spacious the room was, making it really comfortable to unwind. However, I was a bit surprised as the hot tub wasn’t heated as shown in the photos. still, everything else was fantastic. I would absolutely return here without hesitation!

The views from the room's terrace are stunning, providing breathtaking sunsets that are second to none. The breakfast, featuring local pastries and generous portions, kick-started each day delightfully. However, the accessibility could be an issue for some guests due to the stair climb. Additionally, expect some noise from the surroundings at night, which might disrupt your rest. Overall, it's a fantastic place for those looking for a central location with impressive views and a friendly atmosphere.

Had an amazing trip with friends! We soaked up the views of the caldera and enjoyed trips to the beach and village. The breakfast was super tasty, and the location made it easy to explore. The staff went out of their way to help us, making our stay really enjoyable.
One downside was the noise at night. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, it can be a bit challenging with the bustle at midnight.
